Melissa Packman

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of addONE Marketing Solutions, Melissa Packman is responsible for leadership, strategy, recruitment, project management and growth of this premier resource for veteran marketing talent. Melissa directs cross-functional teams for her clients and provides the supplemental people power needed to manage projects or address staffing shortages. Backed by 15 years of consumer packaged goods experience, she executes a comprehensive variety of initiatives including promotions and media, as well as brand, shopper, customer, sponsorship and cause marketing. Prior to founding addONE in 1998, Melissa worked for The Coca-Cola Company, beginning as a coordinator in Consumer Affairs and working her way up to Operations Manager. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and graduated from Furman University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish.

Josh Packman

President and Chief Operating Officer

With a dozen years of experience in brand and promotions management in the consumer packaged goods industry, addONE Marketing President and Chief Operating Officer, Josh Packman, shares marketing insights, as well as an ability to recruit and lead cross-promotional teams. In addition to providing strategic leadership to the agency, Josh oversees internal processes and performs project management for clients. He has a flair for creative development and specializes in marketing initiatives with a sports or entertainment connection, and executes assignments that tap his knowledge of finance. Prior to joining addONE, Josh worked as a national promotions manager for The Coca-Cola Company. He began his career as a credit manager for SunTrust Bank. Josh received a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University, majoring in marketing and finance. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Furman University.

Natalie Epperson

Vice President, Business Development

Natalie Epperson, Vice President, Business Development for addONE Marketing, brings deep expertise in sales strategy and team leadership to the firm. Her responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategy and assisting with recruitment, as well as project management for addONE clients. She joined the agency in 2006 and is a passionate supporter of working women who seek work/life balance. Natalie has 10 years of experience in media sales, formerly serving as an account executive for Bellsouth Communications and Oakwood Corporate Housing. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and has served on the Mount Bethel Christian Academy School Board of Directors since 2006. Natalie graduated from the University of Alabama, majoring in public relations/marketing.
